What is Sweep?
A round-up app that saves into bitcoin instead of cash, in a wallet only you control. You link your bank, spend as you normally do, and the spare change from each purchase becomes bitcoin on your phone.
How do round-ups work?
Each card purchase is rounded up to the next dollar. A $4.30 coffee becomes $5.00 and the 70¢ difference is swept into bitcoin. A multiplier lets you scale that — 2× makes it $1.40, up to 10×.
Who holds my bitcoin?
You do. Your wallet's keys are generated on your phone and never leave it. Sweep can't move your bitcoin, freeze it or lose it. If Sweep disappeared tomorrow, your bitcoin would still be yours.
What can Sweep see at my bank?
Your transactions, read-only, so it knows what to round up and can show you your spending and inflation insights. It cannot make payments or take money from your account.
Can I get my money back out?
Yes. Withdraw safely into your bank account from inside the app — no exchanges. You can also buy more, or send and receive bitcoin over the Lightning Network. It's your bitcoin; move it whenever you like.

Is this financial advice?
No. Bitcoin's price goes up and down, sometimes a lot. Sweep is built for small amounts over long periods, and it will never tell you what to do with your money.
